We equipped it with a breathable, moisture-resistant 8000 / 5000 NeoDry membrane and waterproof critical seams, so it provides optimum protection against moderate rainfall.
It also has a hood to shield against the wind and pockets where your child can stash small items or snacks. The jacket is lightweight and packable. It folds down to a compact size, with the result that you can always carry it with you.
The jacket can be worn as an additional protective layer over garments with an insulating function, such as fleece.
